Introduction

REVO Wellness, LLC owns and operates revostpete.com (the “Site”). Your use of the Site, any part thereof, or anything associated with it—including services, features, content, and applications (together, the “Services”)—is governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

REVO Wellness may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Requirements for Use

You must have compatible computing/mobile devices, internet access, and necessary software to use the Site. Carrier and data charges may apply.

Your Relationship with REVO Wellness

REVO Wellness provides access to information about functional medicine, weight loss programs, peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, aesthetics, and related health services.

The Site itself does not provide medical services. Some Services may include consultations with licensed medical providers (“Providers”) either in-office or via telehealth. Accessing the Site does not create a patient-provider relationship. The content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

When appropriate, Providers may determine that in-person visits are necessary. Telehealth Services are delivered via secure platforms that comply with HIPAA privacy and security standards. Providers may prescribe medication (including controlled and non-controlled substances) if clinically appropriate.

Independent Medical Judgment

You agree that Providers exercise independent medical judgment when diagnosing, prescribing, or recommending care.

Pharmacy & Lab Services

REVO Wellness is not a pharmacy, lab, or diagnostic company. You may be connected with third-party pharmacies, laboratories, or testing providers as part of your care. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, reports, appointment reminders, wellness tips, and promotional offers via email, SMS, and other electronic communications. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or by following email unsubscribe links.

Access Rights and Restrictions

The Site is intended for users located in the United States. Use outside the U.S. is at your own risk. Users must be at least 18 years old or legally able to consent to healthcare services in their jurisdiction.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

REVO Wellness may collect health and personal information to deliver Services. Some information may qualify as PHI under HIPAA or state laws. Such information will be used and disclosed in compliance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Interfere with Site functionality or security.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site.
Transmit viruses or malicious code.
Provide false, outdated, or misleading information.

Proprietary Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property on the Site belong to REVO Wellness or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written consent.

Modifications

REVO Wellness may modify or discontinue the Site or Services at any time without liability.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” REVO Wellness makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVO Wellness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVO Wellness, its affiliates, Providers, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

Payments

You agree to pay all fees for Services, including late cancellations, missed appointments, and provider charges. Payment information must be accurate and up to date. Subscription services may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with provider policy. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated. REVO Wellness may suspend or terminate your access for any violation. Sections regarding Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms, constitute the full agreement between you and REVO Wellness.
